If you use the contact form or email us, we use the information you provide — such as your name, email address, organisation and message — to answer your question and handle any directly related follow-up.

We do not use contact-form data for advertising and we do not sell personal data. Messages are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations.

Website data and cookies

This international edition does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A manually chosen language preference may be stored locally in your browser so the website can remember that choice. This preference is not sent to KopKen.

Technical processing

Like most web hosting services, the hosting environment may process technical information such as IP addresses and server logs for security, availability and abuse prevention. The website contact form also uses basic anti-spam checks.
